Dance Team MixMusic Policy

1. Lease Terms

All custom mixes obtained from Dance Team Mix are leased for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This lease grants you the right to use the tracks for your performance art during the lease period. Should you require exclusive rights to any mix, an exclusive agreement must be separately negotiated and agreed upon with Dance Team Mix.

2. Usage Rights

By purchasing any tracks from Dance Team Mix, you certify that the material obtained from this website will be used solely for the purpose of enhancing your performance art. You agree not to sell, resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer any of the tracks acquired from Dance Team Mix.

3. Breach of Agreement

Any violation of the above terms will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, including but not limited to the termination of your rights to use the tracks and potential financial penalties.

4. Amendments

Dance Team Mix reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to ensure compliance.

By purchasing tracks from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
